Ours was to be a replacement for a different type of awning and, initially, there was some confusion about this and the required measurements, but the installer Mike and his colleagues went to enormous trouble and extra expense to get matters right in the end, still within the original price. We are ageing so greatly appreciate the electric operation compared with the manual we had before. Good quality German-made product. Very attentive service. Would strongly recommend.

We moved into a property with a south-facing garden and large bi-fold windows. An awning is a significant expense and was never on our wish list but we struggled to use the living space as it was so bright and hot during the spring and summer months. The service from the team at Outershade exceeded our expectations. There was mistake in the initial survey but this was quickly spotted by Mike the installer and remedied with a slightly different method of attachment. In our opinion, the awning looks great, enhances the look of the property and makes the living space feel more comfortable and sophisticated. Help was given at every step, from choosing the awning that met our needs to installation. The awning was fitted quickly and efficiently and all was left clean and tidy. Clear instructions on how to use and maintain the Awning were given. Awning looks great and a competitive price.

All aspects of the service we received were excellent. The price was competitive and the installation done by an experienced team, who also removed two items already attached to the wall without problem.

Very efficient service and information. Fitted well and works well. Love the product. Having had doubts as to whether we would use it a lot, we find even in cooler evenings we have it over as it gives you a snug feeling and stops dew falling, keeping you warmer for longer.

We had lots of quotes from other companies to replace our awning but went with Outershade. They were not the cheapest but we felt the quality of the product and service was better than all the others. We were not disappointed, we are very pleased with our new awning and been able to use it lots in the lovely weather, the led strip light is lovely at night it gives a nice lighting and it is dimmable. The heater we have not tried yet as the weather has been so hot since we had it installed. I would recommend them 100%
